With a fantastic array of exhibitors already confirmed and some exciting new additions to the show we look forward to welcoming visitors to start their festivities for the 2025 period.
Visitors will once again have the opportunity to take part in a variety of things to do on the day including meeting the Alpacas or taking part in a festive wreath making workshop run by Loolabells floristry (tickets must be pre-booked).
This year there will also be a FREE children’s craft activity.
So come along to get involved in the fun and peruse our wondrous stalls for quality and original products to purchase. Suitable for all the family with live demonstrations to get you into the festive spirit!
Parking:
Free parking is available on site, co-ordinated by our fantastic car parking team.
We also have an overflow car park available at Pyrland School on Cheddon Road. With a complimentary shuttle bus service running throughout the show.
During peak times, we expect the shuttle bus will get busy, so to ease congestion, we ask our visitors to consider dropping off passengers at the main entrance, and for just the driver to go to park and use the shuttle bus. Or if the sun is shining, you may consider walking from the overflow car park to the main entrance, which is around a 5-10 minute walk.
For the safety of our visitors, in wet weather parking on the main field will be limited to 4X4 vehicles only, or maybe not in use at all. So once our main car park is full, visitors will be directed to the overflow car park. The RLS car parking team will be available to direct you to parking and co-ordinate the shuttle bus.
Accessibility:
An accessibility route is indicated on the floor plan in green.
However please note - King’s College Prep School is an old building and due to the school’s risk assessment, some small areas of the show are unfortunately not accessible without using steps.
There will be an accessible toilet facility for the duration of the event. The location of this is indicated by the WC icon in green on the floor plan.
Dogs:
As much as we would love to allow our furry friends to attend the show, I'm afraid the venue only permits accessibility dogs on site.
